How does Fixmeeh work?

Ans : Fixmeeh provides on the spot mobile repair service at your convenient time and place. We also provide pick up service wherein our field executive will pick up and deliver the phone after repairs. To place your order, you just need to visit our website www.Fixmeeh.com. You will get price quote once you give details of your phone and defects. You can place service request on our website itself. Our customer service executive will call you back and confirm the order with expected time of servicing.

What is Fixmeeh working hours?

Ans :We work 7 days a week between 10 am to 6 pm.

Can I cancel or modify the order?

Ans :If you wish to modify your order, please call Customer Service at +91 9315227908 / email us at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your changes. For cancellation, please inform at least 2 hours in advance after that a charge Rs 299 will be applicable.

Is there any additional hidden cost?

Ans :The prices quote generated on our website is estimated cost. It may vary which will be confirmed by customer service executive while confirming your order. There is no additional hidden cost.

Does Fixmeeh use original parts?

Ans : Only the device manufacturer’s authorized service provider can claim their parts as original. fixmeeh uses AAA top quality parts. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts are at per with the original parts.

What does “Swapping” of screen means?

Ans :If the original glass of the phone is broken where the touch and display are working perfectly fine, we would send our engineer at your place where we swap your old screen with a new one. It means that our engineer will place a complete new screen in your phone and he will bring your screen back with him.

Does Fixmeeh provide service warranty?

Ans : Fixmeeh provides 90 days of warranty on the parts replaced. The warranty covers defects not owing to subsequent physical damage by customer or by any other reason.

How can I claim the warranty on the parts replaced by Fixmeeh.com?

Ans :If you are having some issues with the parts we have replaced you just need to contact us at our customer care helpline number 9315227908. We will arrange the needful as soon as possible.

Is there any fee to claim the warranty on the parts repaired by Fixmeeh.com?

Ans :If the Problem in the replaced part is reported within 72 hours post repair or delivery of device then no extra fee is applicable. If the problem is reported after that we will arrange revisit and Rs.299 will be applicable as technician visit charge in the case of onsite servicing. If you had opted pickup service, a charge of Rs 199 will be applicable as logistic fee for re- pickup and delivery. This amount needs to be paid upfront by the customer.
Or else customer can also come directly to our office to claim free warranty.

What is not covered under warranty?

Ans : After Fixmeeh Specialist repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against: Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack

  • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
  • Water damage
  • Tampering with internal hardware
  • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Jail-broken devices
  • Spots on Display After Replacements
  • New damages unrelated to the original repair
  • Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt.

Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:

  • Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair
  • Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair
  • Water damage
  • Spots on Display After Replacements
  • Jail-broken devices
  • Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our Specialist will be able to explain in further detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If in doubt, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.
  • The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.

How can I make payment?

Ans :You can make payment via cash, Paytm, PayUmoney or online after the repair is completed.
